For B2B service sellers, freelancers & agencies

Buy a custom B2B prospect list researched to your offer

Most purchased lead lists are pulled from a database and filtered by category. Prospect Signal researches businesses against the specific offer you sell and the area you choose, then delivers a CSV with public business contacts, the evidence behind each row and a suggested opener.

Why a custom list instead of a database export

A generic export answers one question: which businesses exist in a category and city. That is rarely the question a seller actually has. A bookkeeper looking for contractors who invoice commercial clients, or a developer looking for clinics without online booking, needs businesses that match a condition, plus a reason to believe the condition is true.

When you buy a custom B2B prospect list from Prospect Signal, you describe the businesses you want, what you sell and any requirements every business must meet. Research is done against public sources: websites, public listings and maps entries. Each included business carries a short note about what was observed and where.

These are researched prospects for you to contact yourself. They have not asked to hear from you, and we do not describe them as inbound or ready-to-buy. What you get is a better starting list and a clearer reason to reach out.

How to write a brief that produces a useful list

Name one audience

“Independent dental practices” researches better than “healthcare businesses.” If you sell to several audiences, consider one pack per audience so each list and opener stays focused.

Describe one offer

The offer shapes which evidence matters. A paid-ads offer and a website-rebuild offer look for different public signals on the same business.

Use requirements sparingly

Requirements are conditions that must be true for every row. Each one narrows the pool. Keep optional preferences out of the requirements field.

Choose the geography deliberately

Research stays within the area you purchase. A small town plus several mandatory conditions may contain only a handful of qualifying businesses; a metro area or state gives more room.

The complete prospect-list brief guide walks through each field with examples, and the quality checklist shows how to review any list, ours or anyone else’s, before you start outreach.

What happens after you order

After checkout, an AI research worker reads your full brief and searches public sources within your purchased area. For each candidate it records the public evidence it found, assesses whether the business fits your offer and drafts an opener based on that evidence. Automated checks then confirm the exact row count you paid for, the fixed column format, deduplication and that every row stays inside your geography and niche.

A pack is never delivered partial or padded with filler rows. If research is still short of your quantity, the order stays open until it is complete. You can read the full process on how it works.

What arrives in your CSV

Every pack uses the same 15 columns: Business Name, Niche/Category, City, State, Website, Business Phone, Additional Phone Numbers, Public Business Email, Contact Page / Social / Form, Google Maps / Source URL, Pain Signal, Evidence Note, Suggested Opener, Confidence Score and Notes.

The Pain Signal, Evidence Note and Suggested Opener columns are what separate a researched list from a directory export. They show why each business was included and give you a specific, checkable starting point for a first message.

Website and email fields depend on what is publicly available, so a public email is not guaranteed for every row. The confidence score is the researcher's assessment of fit for your offer, not the probability of a sale. The delivery is an emailed CSV you can open in Google Sheets, Excel or a CRM.

Pricing and delivery

Our recommended one-time pack is 250 prospects for $59 (about 24 cents each). Want to try it first? A 50-prospect starter is $20. Other one-time sizes are 100 for $29, 500 for $99 and 1,000 for $179. Monthly pipelines are $49 for 250 prospects, $79 for 500 and $149 for 1,000. Checkout runs through Stripe, and the finished CSV is emailed when research and quality checks are complete, typically within 1–3 hours for most packs and 6–8 hours for 1,000. Restrictive briefs in small areas can take longer. See the pricing page for current terms.

Questions before you buy

Can I see real output before buying?

Yes. The free sample pack contains fictional rows in the exact 15-column format, so you can check the fields, evidence notes and openers before spending anything.

Is the list exclusive to me?

We do not promise exclusivity. The businesses are public, and other sellers may contact them. The value is in the research and fit to your offer, not in a claim that nobody else knows they exist.

Are contacts personal emails?

No. Research uses public business contact details, such as a business phone, a published business email and contact pages. Follow the outreach and privacy rules that apply to you.

Should I start with a small pack?

For a new offer or audience, a 50- or 100-prospect pack lets you test your messaging before ordering more. Monthly pipelines suit a steady outreach routine.
