The research behind your pack
From your targeting brief to a researched prospect list.
Prospect Signal HQ researches public businesses around what you sell. You receive a CSV of prospects with public contact information, evidence links, and a specific reason to consider each business for outreach.
These are researched prospects for you to approach. A match does not mean a business has requested a proposal or agreed to buy.
1. Define the businesses and the offer.
Your targeting starts with four questions: which businesses belong in the list, what you will offer them, any requirements each business must meet, and who to exclude. Then choose your location, search permission, and pack size.
An illustrative brief
Businesses: Independent dental practices. Offer: Website appointment-booking improvements. Requirement: A public website with a visible booking experience worth investigating. Exclude: National chains. Location: Your selected city, with only the geographic expansion you agree to.
This example describes a research request, not an available pack or a promise that enough matches exist in every city.
Keep the audience separate from your offer: a designer selling websites to dentists wants dental practices in the CSV. If a condition is essential, put it in the requirements field. Our prospect-list guide includes a brief you can adapt.
2. Research begins after payment.
Your targeting is saved before you continue to secure Stripe checkout. After payment, AI-assisted research examines public sources for businesses that fit your complete request. Research includes business identity, location, category, public contacts, and evidence relevant to your offer.
We research publicly listed business information. We do not supply private consumer databases, guessed personal email addresses, or appointments with people who have already agreed to speak with you.
Searches stay within your purchased geographic permission. A selected-area order cannot silently become a statewide list. If your chosen scope has too few suitable businesses, an unfinished pack remains due; changing your requirements requires your agreement.
3. Connect the evidence to your offer.
Each prospect needs a supported reason to be relevant to your request. An evidence note explains the observation, and a source link lets you investigate it. A suggested opener helps you turn that context into a specific conversation.
A business website describing commercial services can support a service-fit observation. A visible booking problem can support a website-improvement conversation. Neither observation establishes a purchasing budget, an active buying project, or a guaranteed response.
What the confidence score means
Confidence is an AI assessment of how well the available evidence supports suitability for your offer and requirements. A score of 90 is not a 90% chance of a sale, a deliverability rating, or a claim that the business is ready to buy.
4. Check the complete pack before delivery.
Checks cover the purchased quantity, supporting evidence, required fields, duplicates, and the final CSV. New delivered rows require a business category, city, state or region, and a public business phone number. Public business email is researched and included when found; it is not guaranteed for every row.
We check repeat orders against prior deliveries for the same buyer. That protects you against paying us for the same business again; it does not make a public business globally exclusive to you.
We do not deliver a short pack or replace your requirements with filler to meet the count. Narrow criteria, source availability, or access limitations can extend research. Delivery estimates are estimates, not a promise that any arbitrary targeting request can be completed within a fixed window.
5. Receive your CSV and decide who to approach.
The completed CSV is attached to an email sent to your delivery address. Open it in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. The sample pack explains all 15 columns and provides fictional examples in CSV and XLSX formats.
Most one-time packs of 50–500 prospects are estimated at 1–3 hours; 1,000-prospect packs at about 6–8 hours. Processing may be faster. Monthly plans provide one complete pack after each monthly payment using the saved targeting. See quantities and prices and the full terms.
Review the evidence, check that it is still current, and choose an appropriate contact method before reaching out. Public contact information is not permission for unrestricted outreach; you are responsible for the rules that apply to your campaign.
Product evidence you can inspect before ordering.
Prospect Signal HQ is the provider of this research service. You can evaluate the sample format, targeting controls, pricing, and replacement policy without booking a sales call. The sample businesses are fictional; they are not customer success stories or proof of campaign results.
If a delivered row is duplicated, outside your agreed geography, obviously irrelevant, or has no usable public contact path, contact support for a replacement. Questions before buying go to the same support channel.
Start with the businesses you actually want to reach.
Choose a manageable pack, define a clear offer, and inspect the evidence before planning your outreach.
