Inspect the format before you buy
A prospect list with the reason behind each row.
Download 25 illustrative rows to see how public business contacts, evidence, and outreach context fit together. No email address is required to view or download the sample.
The businesses, contact details, observations, and scores in these files demonstrate the format. They are not real customer results, available prospect inventory, or people to contact.
Paid packs arrive as a CSV email attachment. Open the CSV in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. The XLSX here is a formatted sample of the same columns.
One-time packs start at $20 for 50 prospects. For a first campaign we recommend the 250-prospect pack at $59. Every pack is researched around your offer and target area, then emailed to you as a CSV.
Read one example from observation to outreach.
Illustrative example from the sample
BrightPath Dental Studio · Newark, NJ
- Observed context
- Strong public reviews, but the homepage has no obvious appointment call to action above the fold.
- Possible offer
- Website improvements that make requesting an appointment easier.
- Suggested opener
- “Saw BrightPath has strong reviews but the website could make booking easier. I help dental offices turn more visitors into appointment requests.”
- What remains unknown
- Budget, existing vendors, actual booking performance, and interest in buying. The observation does not establish any of those facts.
In a paid pack, inspect the linked evidence before deciding how to approach a business. Describe what you observed and ask a relevant question; do not turn a possible opportunity into a claim about lost revenue or an urgent need you cannot substantiate.
The exact 15 delivery columns
Both sample downloads use the same column names and order as the delivered CSV. Optional contact fields can be blank when the information was not found publicly.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Business Name | The researched business identity. |
| Niche/Category | The business category supported by its sources. |
| City | The sourced business city. |
| State | The sourced state or region. |
| Website | The business website where available. |
| Business Phone | A public business phone number; required for new delivered rows. |
| Additional Phone Numbers | Other public numbers found on the business website, separated by semicolons; blank when none are found. |
| Public Business Email | A publicly listed business email where found. Presence does not guarantee delivery or permission to send. |
| Contact Page / Social / Form | Another public contact path where available. |
| Google Maps / Source URL | A public source for the business or supporting context. |
| Pain Signal | The relevant opportunity or reason to consider outreach; it can describe fit, not only a defect. |
| Evidence Note | A concise explanation of the supporting public observation. |
| Suggested Opener | A starting point you can review and personalize. |
| Confidence Score | An AI assessment of evidence-backed suitability for your offer and requirements, from 0 to 100; not purchase probability. |
| Notes | Practical context, opportunity details, and material limitations. |
Use the sample to evaluate fit.
- Inspect the format. Confirm it fits your spreadsheet or CRM import workflow. Map columns deliberately rather than treating every contact field as an email.
- Read the evidence and notes. Decide whether this type of context helps you make a relevant approach.
- Define your actual audience. The dental, wellness, and roofing examples do not restrict the businesses you can request.
- Choose mandatory conditions carefully. State essential requirements in the order builder; do not assume an optional field is guaranteed.
Our prospect-list quality checklist covers the questions to ask before purchasing a list or beginning outreach.
A blank template for your own research
If you want to research your own prospects first, download the empty 15-column CSV. Keep observations separate from assumptions, preserve source links, and leave unknown optional facts blank.
The blank template is a worksheet. Filling it out yourself does not make a row researched or approved by Prospect Signal.
