For marketing agencies & B2B service teams

Agency prospect lists built around the service you sell

Turn a specific agency offer into a researched list of relevant businesses. Choose the audience, permitted geography and requirements; receive a CSV with public contacts, evidence notes and suggested outreach openers.

Testing a new niche? Start with 50 prospects

Small agencies and freelancers selling websites or local SEO usually get the clearest read by picking one business type in one area, ordering a 50-prospect pack and running one specific offer. That pack is $20, about 40 cents per researched business, so a new niche can be tested before you commit a bigger budget. See full pricing for every pack size.

How to pitch med spas

When the first pack works, step up to 250 prospects for $59 (about 24 cents each) or a monthly pipeline for the same niche.

Give each campaign a clear audience and offer

A broad list of local businesses leaves your team to work out why each company belongs in the campaign. Prospect Signal uses your offer as part of the research so the list comes with an explanation of the potential fit.

That could mean website projects for contractors, reputation support for local service businesses, content production for venues or CRM implementation for a B2B audience. The public evidence must support the individual business's relevance. Merely belonging to a popular niche is not proof that a business needs every agency service.

These are leads for an agency's own prospecting. If your audience is other agencies, choose agencies in the order builder. If your audience is roofing companies, choose roofing companies and describe what your agency sells to them.

Where a research pack fits into your workflow

Define one campaign

Choose the service you want to introduce and the businesses it is intended to help. Keep mandatory requirements separate from preferences and specify any exclusions.

Review the research

Read the evidence, inspect the sources and compare each row with your offer. Import the CSV into your spreadsheet or CRM, mapping columns to your existing fields.

Run your sales process

Assign prospects, personalize messages and record outcomes in your own system. Prospect Signal supplies the research; your team owns outreach, qualification calls and closing.

No discovery call is required to order a pack. This is an asynchronous research service, not a managed outbound campaign or appointment-setting service.

Example: make an agency brief usable

Illustrative example, not a client result

Too vague: Find good companies that need more customers. That does not define a business audience, service, geographic boundary or observable requirement.

More useful: Find independent auto repair shops in my selected area for a website and service-page improvement offer. Exclude dealerships and national chains. The audience is clear, the offer is specific, and the exclusions can guide research.

Add a website condition only if your campaign requires it. A capable agency might have a good offer for businesses with professional sites as well as businesses with visible problems. The relevant question is what public evidence connects the business to your particular service.

For multiple unrelated offers, define separate campaign briefs. A single row with a clear reason to approach a business is easier to use than a generic claim that the business could buy anything.

Copy the prospect research brief

A CSV your team can inspect and work through

The standard pack has 15 columns: business identity, category and location; website and public contact information; source URL; pain signal and evidence note; suggested opener; confidence score; and notes. Every new delivered prospect has a researched public business phone. Public business email and additional contact paths are included where available.

The evidence note explains the observed reason to consider the prospect. The opener gives your team a starting point to adapt. Confidence describes assessed fit for the order, not purchase probability or a guaranteed appointment rate.

A CSV can be opened in Google Sheets or Excel and imported into many CRMs. It is not a native CRM integration, an automatically managed campaign or an outreach permission record.

Questions from agencies

Can I order a recurring prospect list?

Yes. Monthly plans deliver one new batch per month using the agreed targeting. Research is deduplicated against prior Prospect Signal deliveries for the same identifiable account. Review the current monthly options and subscription terms before choosing a plan.

Can I use the list for client campaigns?

The research can inform a campaign you manage, but you remain responsible for reviewing fit and using the information appropriately. Define the actual audience and service in the brief. The standard product does not promise white-label fulfillment, client-specific CRM setup or campaign management.

Are these warm leads or exclusive contacts?

No buying intent or exclusivity is promised. The businesses are researched from public sources and have not asked to hear from your agency. The pack does not guarantee replies, meetings or sales.

How should we judge list quality?

Check audience and geography first, then source evidence, usable contacts and the connection to your offer. Evaluate replies and sales separately from research quality. Use the prospect-list quality checklist for a practical review.

One-time packs or a monthly pipeline

Agencies usually buy prospect lists in one of two ways. A one-time pack suits a single campaign: a new service launch, a new city or a test of a new niche. Packs run from 50 prospects for $20 to 1,000 for $179.

A monthly pipeline suits a team that prospects every week. Starter Pipeline is $49 for 250 prospects per month, Growth Pipeline $79 for 500, and Agency Pipeline $149 for 1,000 with priority support. Each month’s delivery is researched against your current brief, so you can shift niche or service between cycles.

Either way, every row uses the same 15-column CSV, including an Evidence Note and Suggested Opener, so prospects can be split across team members and imported into your CRM without reformatting. Running separate campaigns for web design, SEO or ads? Order separate packs so each brief and opener stays specific.
