Privacy Policy
Prospect Signal HQ provides custom public prospect research packs. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information you provide
We collect information you submit through our order form and checkout flow, such as your name/email, delivery email, target market, location, what you sell, who you want to reach, opportunity type, signal preferences, notes, and payment-related order details.
How we use it
- Fulfill your prospect pack.
- Communicate about your order, clarifications, replacements, and support requests.
- Maintain order records, delivery records, duplicate-suppression records, and quality-control notes.
- Improve the service, website, fulfillment process, and offer positioning.
Payments and third-party tools
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to Stripe’s own policies. Contact form messages may be processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our support email. We may also use hosting, analytics, email, spreadsheet, database, or automation tools to operate and fulfill the service.
Public-source research
We use publicly available business information while researching prospect packs. This may include public websites, business profiles, directories, maps listings, social/business pages, organization pages, venue pages, public contact forms, and similar public sources.
We do not sell private consumer data, private personal contact lists, scraped private emails, spam lists, or guaranteed buyers.
Retention
We may retain order details, fulfillment notes, delivered-prospect records, and duplicate-suppression records as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, avoid sending repeat contacts, handle support/replacement requests, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion, or support requests, contact prospectsignal@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant order before acting on a request.
